Keyboard commands

[key] <- this is the section name for key settings, a separate one is required for each section

section = x <- x defines which game state the keys are active in
- valid states (sections)
space
dock
bar
trader
equip
ship
estate
walk
sysmap
univmap
mainmenu
ctrlpnl
optmenu
ctrlmenu

key = a,b,c,d
a = actual key
b = command
c = modifier (optional)
d = down/up (optional)

a <- lists almost every key on the keyboard, including those on the numeric pad
b <- command that is sent by the key reader to the main game loop
c <- modifier key such as alt, ctrl & shift, the script reader is case insensitive so you must use this if you want to use capital or special letters for keys
d <- this allows you to set more than one function per command by allowing you to specify either a down (pressed) trigger or up (released) trigger
